General Concepts
Categories:
Categories are basically folders for which you can store your information into. They are created by an administrator at the begriming of a project and should not be changed until the project is complete. By clicking on a category the web page displays the information stored within that category.

Home Page:
The home page list all items by date. It displays five News items, five Calendar items, seven Image items and seven File items.
Links:
Lists
the posted URL, the date it was posted on and by whom, along with a brief description of the site the URL is associated with.
News:
Lists
the news title, the date it was posted on and by whom, along with a brief description of the site the news item and a "READ MORE" link. By clicking the "READ MORE" the page will refresh to the complete news story and will list additional information. By selecting the category link the page will refresh displaying all the news items found in that category.
Calendar:
Displays a calendar with the current month. You can view others months by clicking the month abbreviation links at the top of the calendar (on the top right and left). Within a day box links are listed by their titles. By selecting one of these links the page will refresh to that calendar item. Each calendar item contains its title, when and where that activity will take place, a description, the category it's found in and an email address of the person who posted it. By selecting the category link the page will refresh displaying all the calendar items found in that category.
Images / Files :
The main gallery page lists twelve images and ten files which have been recently posted to the web site. Links to the main image and file areas are listed above the thumbnails and are titled, "Go to Image/File Library". The image area displays a thumbnail of the image when clicked, displays the entire image, Both image and file areas display the title and the date posted. When the title link is clicked the page is refreshed displaying all the information about the image/file. By selecting the category link the page will refresh displaying all the image/file items found in that category.
Comments:
Primary Forum topics are created in the administration area. These primary topics are displayed with the title, date, posted by, description and a link titled "View/Post Replies". By selecting this link the page will refresh listing all the comments associated with that forum topic. To post a reply you first must have an account on the system and be logged in. Once this is done select the link titled "Post Reply" and submit your comments. You may need to refresh the forum page to see your posting.
Web Page:
The freeform area allows users the ability to create their own web pages. Once logged in you'll need to create a new freeform. Enter the title, category and any information you want in the WYSIWYG editor. You can add files and images to the page that are already uploaded by clicking on the yellow database icon on the far right of the toolbar. Once the page is published other people who are part of the community can access the page to make revisions or post updates. This area can be used for posting check-off lists, expanding as a form with pictures and files, reviewing and editing of scripts, and whatever else you could image. You locate your freeform item by selecting the category link the page will refresh displaying all the image/file items found in that category.
People:
The people area list all the members of the collaborative community. It displays their name which is an email link. Their portfolio web site, skills, their assigned tasks and their primary group. By selecting the group link the page will refresh displaying all the members found in that group.
Search:
Search allows for you to search each of these sections for information. The areas which are searchable are:
Links - URL, description and posted by email address.
News - Title, description and posted by email address.
Calendar - Title, description and posted by email address.
Images/Files - Title, description and posted by email address.
Comments - Topic, description and posted by email address.
People - Name (email Link), skills and tasked assignments.
