Question: Why does the site looks funny in Netscape 4.

Answer: Many browsers display web information differently. A few years ago when there were version 4 browsers (which everyone developed to) and lower, it was easy to write in code that detected the browser version and served the web information according to your specific browser type and operating platform (MAC, Windows). Today there are many different browsers, browser versions and operating platforms. It would be way too cumbersome to add code which could detect each. This site is best viewed using the latest browser version available. To upgrade your browser go to one of the following sites:
